I went to make a deposit at this Echo Park branch, and I needed to cash a personal check they weren't allowing people inside and making us wait outside in the sun. They were probably short on staff as usual it wasn't a good experience next time, I'll go to the branch at Boyle Heights on Cesar Chavez the service there is an A+

Hi, I was at this Bank of America to deposit various checks and a bag of quarters for a business I work for. I made it at 3:45pm and a woman came up to me rushing me. I then had to rush without chance to check the deposit. I understand they close at 4pm but she lied to me telling me she was going to close her counter. I have the understanding they are supposed to wait if I am there before closing time. I had to rush thousands of dollars and my job on the line. As she was also INSULTING my not being prepared. Horrible Bank. A multiple billion dollar international Bank that doesn't have enough employees to cater to its customers. I can't even wire my own money. Each bank has a 3 hour plus waiting period.
