Mauricio helped us out in creating a checking account. He was very polite and very helpful! Amazing service
I went to cash a Bank of America check. I don’t have an account there and it’s a refund from an old landlord. I had my ID and passport with me just in case. Teller Mauricio seemed annoyed as soon as I got to his window. Went through the cashing process, told me it would be $8 to which I agreed. Then in a snarky tone he asked what is this check for. Always sending your BS responses. Here we are again first thing in the morning and once again 1 teller. Just go out if business and get it over with. Monday evening 4:25pm 1 cashier 20 customers and 4 other employees just standing around talking and laughing. BAD Management! Absolute worst customer service, worst BOA location in all of SoCal and has been for years.
