They never make appointments to make an appointment by phone!!! and when I make the appointment online and I get to this application they tell me oh we don't have your appointment in the system and they only assist me because I show them the scheduled appointment on my phone!!!
Worse bank branch ever! Poor customer service. This place had deteriorated over the years …Been a customer Bank of America over 20 yrs… only reason I visit this bank is for safe deposit box… I get my loans and other banking services from other Bank of America branches… in fact; I’ll be canceling my safe deposit box and taking my bussiness somewhere else.

Horrible Bank I had a really bad experience no one to help you out the lines are always out the door and then when they say go outside use the ATM most of the time ATM machines are not working
