Awful customer service even the manager I don’t know why she is doing there, no tactics, horrible customer service
The worst customer service at this bank location —long lines and only one or two employees at the counters...
For the love of god, apply for a credit card ANYWHERE ELSE but here. It's like the final boss of bureaucracy hells. I applied for a BoA card, was instructed to come here with the two forms of ID to verify myself, and spent 90 minutes with an agent calling BoA proper and getting sent from department to department. Nobody seemed to know what the problem was. I had to get up and leave eventually. This institution has gotten too big and lazy to care for its customers. Nothing changed from prior reviews. They have your money, they don't care. Use a credit union for better rates, the customer service will be the same.
