The worst bank Ive ever banked with!!! Do yourself a favor and do not use this ridiculous bank, never had such a bad experience with a bank.
No one picks up the damn phone. I've been calling for one hour straight in the afternoon. Also the phone line doesn't let you wait, the call just hangs up.
I was waiting 30 mins to change the pin on my card. Woman on the reception skipped me. After she said I have to wait 30 more minutes.
This bank SUCKS. It should be completely shut down so they can stop wasting everyone’s time. Hoping to give this feedback to their corporate. Waits go on for forever. For the simplest transactions. Edit to say: There was a white lady who looked right at me waiting to go next in line and just left. I thought she was clocking out so it was whatever.
