An absolutely horrible experience！！！ The staff member at the front desk was both incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. When I explained that I had already tried resolving the issue over the phone without success and came to the branch hoping for some guidance, she responded with extreme impatience. Instead of directing me to someone at the service desk who could actually help, she refused and kept insisting that I call the same useless customer service number again. The worst bank Ive ever banked with!!! Do yourself a favor and do not use this ridiculous bank, never had such a bad experience with a bank.
