Horrible customer service, and as others have stated in their reviews of this location, the ATMs are almost always out of service. They only have two tellers for a line of customers out the door who are mostly elderly. Even though they have other staff members there walking around having long conversations with each other while all customers wait in line. Just a dreadful experience at this location.

Es por mucho una de las mejores oficinas de Banco de América generalmente uso los cajeros automáticos y no espero ni 5 minutos porque tienen varios. Cuando tengo que hacer alguna transacción en la oficina la espera es 10 minutos. Pero no hay que esperar las horas pico.
