Muy mal cervicio soy cliente de ase muchos años y no me quisieron cambiar coras haa pero el pago mensual ese no falla y no es del banco sino son sus trabajadores que atienden con una mala actitud sino les gusta su trabajo pues que busquen otro
Muy tardado para hacer cualquier transacción tienen 8 ventanillas y solo trabajan 2 personas y cada cliente se tardan min 10 15 min la peor sucursal que he estado no la recomiendo
Pésimo servicio todo el tiempo espera uno en otros lados no es así deberían cambiar personales 🤷
Very rude service, the workers don’t know how to do their job, they don’t know how to speak professionally, and they go based off emotion instead of professionalism or what the customer needs, this location needs serious management! I spoke to the manager and she needs to be firm and clear with workers, especially the security and people working outside who are meant to secure the safety of the bank and the customers, nothing more, nothing less.
