Nos atendió Geovanni muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar nuestro problema y su manager tambien, un tramite bien rápido que no tardo mas de 5 minutos y para nosotros como clientes era importantisimo hacerlo hoy (el cual en otra sucursal nos negaron la ayuda 6600 Laurel Canyon) Felicitaciones a las personas de la sucursal 5201 Laurel Canyon excelentes profesionales.....sigan ayudando a los clientes con esa rapidez!!!
Terrible branch ,always long line, long waiting, only one person is working in the window.....waist the time, a lot of time....
Update9/2025 Exact same situation as last review. Friday afternoon, everyone is trying to cash their check, there is a line, insufficient staffing. I guess a BANK doesn't remember that people get paid on Friday? Why do you have 4 stations for tellers and only 2 tellers? And this guy was having a WHOLE conversation like he was the main character and the no one else existed. Tellers get better at moving people along. Courteous and friendly staff
I was there at 12:30 on a Thursday. They have 4 teller spots available and one teller working. That is not sufficient staffing. There was a line the entire time. This is a parking lot so I gave a star but it was full and I parked on the street.
