A convenient branch
A 5 minute job took over ONE HOUR even though I had an appointment. Waited 25 minutes after my appointment time to even be seen, then over 30 minutes to get a notary to simply sign one form, because she didn’t have the knowledge to help me and had to talk to her supervisor. Absolutely awful. Closing my account because this organization is garbage. Do yourself a favor and switch to literally any other bank. So hilarious that the senior banker’s name is Sayonara which means goodbye in Japanese. She is so incompetent as is the rest of this company
