LIVID!!! I went in to deposit 3 checks. Only 2 were entered by the Teller! Her name is Veronica. I cant believe this location has people like this working for them ONE WHOLE paycheck was about to be lost due to her mistake. She didnt even apologize!!!!
Service is poor.
This location has one of the worst systems I have yet to come across with any banks. They don't have actual tellers to help you cash your checks. They have THINGS called ATMS with Teller Assist.... ATMS connected to walls where some of the teller booths where. You have to then call/talk with someone on the phone through the ATM on a video screen. Stupidest things I've ever seen.
