I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS BRANCH NEGATIVE STARS! RUDE TELLERS, MANAGERS WITH ATTITUDE, NO EFFORT GIVEN TO HELP RESOLVE ISSUES, SERIOUSLY. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, ITS WORTH THE EXTRA 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO TO ELSEWHERE.
It's Wednesday at 11:30 am the bank has only one teller which takes a long time to process each transaction and there is long line waiting .
On the sign, the business hours are listed as 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. I walked in at 3:35 p.m. and saw no one around, not even a teller or banker. I thought something had happened. 🙄😬🥴. Someone came from the back and said, "We don't have a teller." So, change your business hours. Come on, BoA, you can do better than this. #bankingwoes #wherestheteller #BoAfail
