I'm having a hard time remembering if I've had worse customer service anywhere else. On January 6th, 2023 around noon or so, there were roughly seven people in line and one representative to take care of them. I was in the middle of the line. An additional representative came to take care of one person and then left his booth when it was my turn. It took roughly 30 minutes for one representative to the three customers in front of me.
