This bank only has 3 ATMs, and only 1 of 3 works in 2024… same in 2025, one of the ATM screens looks like it’s about to explode.
If I could give them a - review I would. Literally the worst. I went to cash my check I don’t have an account with them they asked for two forms of iD. Gave them my permanent residence card and California iD. Teller and supervisor said my residency card was a fake. LATINAS ! felt stupid. Do a better job Mary. You don’t know how to do your job !
Completely Unprofessional and Inconsistent I brought a $40,000 client check to deposit into my business account, and the Bank of America branch refused to process it — without giving me any explanation. Instead, they told me to deposit it through the ATM, which made no sense for such a large amount. I followed their instructions and deposited it at the ATM, but it took two full weeks for the funds to become available.
