Anthony Mingo was amazing today. We had a complicated issue with an account and needed help figuring it out, and he was so knowledgeable, quick, and helpful from the start. He made something stressful feel a lot less overwhelming and was just genuinely great to work with. Super appreciative of his help and professionalism.
Absolutely one of the worst banks! Customer service is slow at best, the entire staff seems rude and inconvenience when you ask for help and anll have the personality of carpet, and you the customer are nothing but a number to this establishment. The “so called” manager here is absolutely an embarrassment and disgrace to the establishment. Do yourself a huge favor and take your business somewhere else and save your self the headache and blood pressure problems by finding another bank to do business with.
I had a wonderful experience working with Anthony Mingo. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and dedication to great customer service truly stood out.
