Great service from Kejar as always! Varencka helped recommend an excellent credit card that fit all my needs and was extremely outgoing and energetic. High quality bank with people that treat you like you matter.
Terrible customer service. They didn’t open the phone line to this branch for an hour after the bank opened, and still it just rang and rang. They’re quick when it comes to accepting your money but go silent as soon as you need assistance relating to your account.

Great branch. Brittany went out of her way to patiently help me. She is a very kind person and hard working employee.
If you are not an account holder and accept a check on this bank they will charge you an $8 fee to cash THEIR customer's check. They claimed they were doing ME a service. I did THEIR customer a service by accepting his check drawn on THEIR bank. They did all their customers a dis-service because I will never again accept a check drawn on their bank.
