Had a very pleasant experience coming in to open a checking account. Banker was very professional and kind and it was a seamless experience.
Horrible customer service
Anthony Mingo, Senior Banker helped me today. I had some questions about money left behind by a relative. He was able to clarify any issues and was persistent in dealing with organizations that we needed to contact to ensure matters were being resolved. He was patient and kind, would highly recommend for any banking needs.
Neither outside atm works
Had the best appointment ever with Varencka Bivouac. She wrote down all of our problems in a list, resolved them one by one, and even more. She is super and pays attention where it is needed.
