I dropped by this branch a few weeks back and had a great experience with the financial center manager, Reda Jawhari. Even though My issue couldn't be fixed right away, he tackled some other problems to make sure my visit wasn't wasted. Plus, he was super nice and shared some of his experiences related to my home country, which really put me at ease. I felt really welcome and appreciated all his efforts.
I came into Bank of America today to get some account issues fixed. I was immediately greeted and helped by Reda Jawhari. He was so kind and understanding. He was able to help me with everything I needed and more. I am so glad I got to meet him today!
I was involved in a scam situation and went in to sort everything out, Reda Jawhari the Financial Center Manager was incredible. Not only did he spend two hours with me helping to reset all my accounts as well as aiding me in freezing my credit. He was extremely hospitable and efficient in dealing with other customers simultaneously. With such a tedious process and situation, I left with a smile on my face and confidence that everything was sorted out.
