I went on June 23 to set up retirement accounts I received an email that stated I needed to contact them for more information NO NUMBER TO CONTACT INFO! After being on the phone for an hour and transferred several times I gave up still no call back or email from my agent Anthony Moas! I try again today only to be advised that that the agent didnt put the right effect date I NEED TO REDO THE APPLICATION!! IF THIS WAS NOT THE COMPANY MY EMPLOYER USED I WOULD NOT USE THEM!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
