Extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment in advance, but the agent wasn’t even at their desk when I arrived. No one informed me how long I’d have to wait or what was going on. Completely disrespectful of clients’ time.
Totally shocked and ashamed to be their customer and receive such shoddy service from their Westwood Village branch. All We wanted was to do was notarise copies of our ID docs and scheduled appointments. Ironically, their banker Helen Khalioun whose inability to provide simple, clear communication that her notary powers within the Bank were limited and instead chose to say she wouldn’t / couldn’t do it, it was “her” notary & she felt uncomfortable (why??) etc and left us floundering for information on the process. Inefficient operations of conducting business (getting a cashiers check) with the amount of security checks to a faulty system lead me to take more than 45mins and get a ticket a parking ticket, even though I advise that there might be a manager override since I didn't have my debit card and the system change my validation number form the number I had for the past 8 years to a number I had previously..... If the center or BOA WANTS TO APOLOGIZE, THERE ISBA 63$ PARKING TICKET THAT SHOULD BE PAID FOR THIS VALUABLE INSIGHT.
