On Thursday, November 16th 2023 I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of incompetence displayed by the manager at Bank of America. Not only did she exhibit a complete lack of understanding and knowledge about their own policies, but her response to my simple request was downright ignorant. When I asked if I could exchange my $20 cash withdrawal for $10 in coins and ten $1 dollar bills, I expected a straightforward answer or a reasonable alternative. Why anyone would continue to bank with a company that closes all locations inconsistently in a 25 mile radius before four is beyond me. Hasta la vista baby, I’m out!
