I come here often, lines aren't usually too long and they have enough tellers available. Customer service is great.
Rita was very helpful and gave me assistance I needed even though she had an upcoming appointment .
On Jan 6th 2025 I visited this Bank of America. I was helped by Rita Roosta. She did a great job at helping me with my parent’s trust. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took her time to do everything correctly, answered all of my questions, and worked in a time efficient manner. She is a great asset to Bank of America.
Lousy service not making it convenient enough for people to make banking as it’s supposed to be. Needed access to my safe deposit box as an emergency when pulled up it was closed during the banking hours with a sign posted and a phone number for emergency appointment, upon calling they finally answered and made me an appointment the following day. I received a call a couple of times but being busy and finally at 3 pm get a call again and being told I can go back again the following day. I guess they don’t understand emergenc... read more
