Came into setup my first US bank account after just moving here from Europe. Fatima was extremely informative and helpful, quick to see me and very fast to respond to my emails. Great customer service all around and thankful for her help.

I have been a loyal B of A customer for more years than I can remember including having mortgages there etc . The Venice , Ca location is the most unwelcoming location . I literally dread going in there . The mostly women that work there have a scowl on their face when you walk in and look like they hate their jobs . They are so rude and negative … it makes me want to switch banks . I will go way out of my way just to avoid this branch. So so awful .

On 2/8 at ~3:30pm, I tried to deposit some cash. I didn't count the money before the cashier asked me how much. I said "about $6000". The cashier used a machine to count, told me it's only $6000 (I couldn't see the screen on the machine the way she turned the machine". She immediately used another machine, took some money out to put it on the bottom before the rest of the money dropped down to, and showed me it's $6000.
