Staff is great, always friendly and attentive
I have always gone out my way to come to this location because of the top notch customer service. Today I encountered nothing but rudeness from the two young ladies and the counter. If they don’t like their jobs, they should do something else.
This branch said they can’t verify with drivers license and limited our withdrawal. But every other branch works. Cynthia Rodriguez was the manager and made the decision not to verify despite multiple forms of identification.
I purchased a $1,200 money order from Bank of America to pay my rent. After mailing it, my landlord never received the payment. It took the bank nearly 90 days to investigate and return my funds. Because of this delay, I lost my apartment and went through an eviction. While I understand investigations take time, three months is far too long when people rely on these money orders for essential payments like rent.
