This bank is awful puts holds on your checks for 2 to 3 weeks instead of 2 to 3 days like any other bank. The only silver lining is the manager here is great, but unfortunately, his corporate overlords just have his hands tied.
Let me start by saying I’ve been banking with Bank of America for at least 12 years. I normally don’t have too many issues. I went in the Apalachee location today; my employer mailed my check instead of direct depositing it. I gave the teller (white, male: associate 771) the check along with my identification.
