The branch at 803 Lake Bradford Rd provided the exact same service quickly and without any issues. Unfortunately, the branch at 2930 Apalachee Pkwy refused to help, claiming the rules are gone tighter and the manager did not have time to approve it. This kind of attitude shows a clear lack of customer focus. If one branch can do it with no problem, there is no reason this location should avoid it. Very disappointing experience.
My husband and I had an excellent experience at this Bank of America branch. Although our visit was on July 2, I’m only now getting the chance to leave this review because I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received.
