Very friendly staff.
One teller all day no matter how lo g the line is. Had 2 people walk out after waiting for over 20 min in lin . The bank supervisor or at least I think that's what she was just stood by greeting customers but never helped any one. When a custo.e asked why their was o e teller and 8 customers in li e the supervisor replied (that's our model)
Horrible customer service. Feels like I’m at Walmart with only one teller and five plus people waiting in line and 4 other workers doing absolutely nothing. And no one acknowledges that there are so many people in line. Hope they correct it soon.
