Which one better be careful with Bank of America just had to turn on some forms
They had the handicap service window occupied by a non handicap person, who nicely gave me their chair so I could wait in line. The employees did nothing even though they saw I have a cane. They should’ve moved the other lady so I could sit down, instead I had to stand uncomfortably at a regular window. When I mentioned something, they just waived it off, like well you know. The handicap window should never be occupied by anyone who isn’t handicap, that way when someone comes in who is, it’s available to use. Inexcusable!

I've been a costumer for over a decade. I'm a bussiness owner. I came here today got on line . Was ignored and then the business line lady had an older gentleman who got out of line to help when it was my turn. Because his situation was different. Just because bof this incident I will be closing my account. Always fraud I have to deal with and them keep resendinge new cards.
