Today my partner and I went into a Bank of America branch for something simple—a notary. What could have been just a quick errand turned into such a surprisingly fun and positive experience that I had to share. Mrs. Emily D Richards was wonderful! First time in a Bank of America in Texas and she explained every detail of what we were doing, set a session to follow up, etc. Highly recommend to come here!
I experienced poor service today. I was waiting and next in line on the waiting list, and when another new customer walked in, the front desk representative knew I was next in line. However, she assisted that new customer and asked me to continue to wait. I dont mind to yield my spot for a customer with a special need. But this is unfair and goes against the basic principle of first-come, first-served. As a valued customer with multiple business accounts, I'm considering switching to a different branch.
First I want to thank Diego caballero for his outstanding customer service went above and beyond to help !!!! us second I wanna thank the branch they were outstanding from the time we walked through the door from the receptionist to one of the other branch representative. that helped us out so much respect from them and we treat us like family .
