I have attempted to call this branch six times over four hours, but no one answers. I prefer to speak with someone beforehand to avoid an unnecessary trip, long wait times, and potential issues due to lack of guidance on required documents.
Bad customer service, you have to wait sometimes 1hr to withdraw from a cashier….. I don’t like . There is a nice guy I think Yves but they let you in the line and you wait so long for services than you prefer give up.
