I’m giving two stars because Yves is so awesome. He’s an excellent rep. Other than that, VERY poor customer service. There’s never enough tellers at the counter. It’s been this way for years. I waited an hour in spite of only having two people in front of me. I feel like they just don’t care. One teller walked away and for several minutes no one even checked in with the several folks standing in line clueless.Â
