Best location in Boston ! Happy to see Amanda back at this location , she is an asset to the bank and the neighborhood . Happy to have you guys back open. 9-4-2021 Returning to ask why this location is still closed? This was no contest the best location in Dorchester and with it being closed again we are forced to travel to Quincy for mediocre service. So disappointed that local business owners like myself who appreciated having a bank in our neighborhood with a staff we knew and trust are being ignored.Â
Went in to do some banking for the first time at this location and everyone was super helpful, especially the manager! Best Bank of America experience I’ve had.Â
This Bank of America ought to be ashamed of themselves charging $8 to cash a check during a pandemic when people can’t afford to buy food for their tables. Spoke to two different managers complete waste of time there firm on charging $8 on a $200 check it’s just ridiculous.Â
Very good people here but no safe deposit boxes like in South Boston but that one is not open so we come here .Â
