Horrible customer service by some guy named Lucas. Needs better training
Staff never respect customers
Bearocratic manager that likes the talk too much, micromanage employees and waste time for all customers. Needs more and better trained employees. Not a good place for business.
Refused service for no reason. Went to deposit savings bonds today. I know, SOOOO annoying. The teller rolled his eyes at me and told me to come back another time. Before I could say anything goes NEXT PERSON PLEASE. There was a line of about 5 people behind me. Since my bonds were already signed and ready to go, the process would’ve taken 4 minute or so, which I understand is long considered the line but literally what else am I to do….i walked 2.5 miles to this bank to do this just to be refused.
