Staff never respect customers
Bearocratic manager that likes the talk too much, micromanage employees and waste time for all customers. Needs more and better trained employees. Not a good place for business.
Refused service for no reason. Went to deposit savings bonds today. I know, SOOOO annoying. The teller rolled his eyes at me and told me to come back another time. Before I could say anything goes NEXT PERSON PLEASE. There was a line of about 5 people behind me. Since my bonds were already signed and ready to go, the process would’ve taken 4 minute or so, which I understand is long considered the line but literally what else am I to do….i walked 2.5 miles to this bank to do this just to be refused. AVISO IMPORTANTE . Llegue buscando ayuda sobre mi cuenta y me salieron enojado simplemente por no hablar bien el idioma. Esa ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en esta sucursal. Y lo más bochornoso viniendo de parte de una persona hispana . Y ni se diga del señor de la recepción. Tiene una pésima aptitud a hacia los clientes hispanos. No es nada de profesional. Uno llega buscando ayuda y sale sin esperanzas y avergonzado . Por el trato de estas personas.....
