From the time I walk in the door it was eight people in line only one person serving them look like people doing everything other questions! Today is December 5th 2024 Almeda $400 deposit and I'm telling you the lady told me I gave her $180 of course they fixed it but at the same time I was in this bank for 23 minutes and only one person came and left out of there in 23 minutes and there was four people in the line and I don't know what these people are doing but it was the most unprofessional everything I could not believe ... read more
Bank is empty. Went in for a wire transfer & they were complaining that it was gonna take 10 minutes & made a face saying they had appointments but there was nobody there. To “come back later”. Absolutely ridiculous.
Writing this review as I wait 20+ minutes in a line of 12 people for a simple transaction, with one attendant… and it’s not the first time. The employees here are wonderful, but there needs to be more than one person sitting at these desks! #wehaveplacestobe

My poor son who goes there and pays $8 every two weeks to cash a check from his employer that is draw off of this bank was told he needs a 2nd Id the Mass state ID which isn't expired wasnt enough to cash a small $300 check . Smh.
