Some of the rudest employees. They are constantly changing their hours so often times when I go early, they are close. And they are closed on Saturdays. Why is the only Bank of America in the hood closed on Saturdays?
This place is horrible. No one wants to work. I was in line for 20 minutes to then be told that the system was down and then was sent back in line! I will never return here again. Never again!!!!
From the time I walk in the door it was eight people in line only one person serving them look like people doing everything other questions! Today is December 5th 2024 Almeda $400 deposit and I'm telling you the lady told me I gave her $180 of course they fixed it but at the same time I was in this bank for 23 minutes and only one person came and left out of there in 23 minutes and there was four people in the line and I don't know what these people are doing but it was the most unprofessional everything I could not believe ... read more
Bank is empty. Went in for a wire transfer & they were complaining that it was gonna take 10 minutes & made a face saying they had appointments but there was nobody there. To “come back later”. Absolutely ridiculous.
