I will never open an account at this B of A. Manager is bi-polar. One thing a person should never do to a potential customer is lye about what they said to a customer. I will be closing my daughter’s account there and my son’s account.
I waited in line to cash my check after 20 people in front of me.once I approached the window I was told to wait for verification on my check.and had to wait for 20 more to go ahead before it was verified.id say bad service and need better management.
I love this location but the service with the tellers is VERY slow! There’s always only 2 of them and they take forever.
