It’s sad to see a once great bank fall so far. I didn’t want to believe the negative reviews since I have banked here for years. The staff that once was friendly, helpful and had great customer service. Now have the most horrible customer service I have ever seen. I went in today to change a few things on my account. There was one teller with 12 customers. I sat in the chair for 30mins before someone asked if I had been helped. Two mangers walked by me multiple times without one single acknowledgment.
