I deposited a check for another person. They made it easy and fast. Right after the lunch hour so I expected a long queue, but there was only one person ahead of me. Teller was professional, fast and efficient. Couple of people I believe were waiting for personal banking and the staffs were very apologetic about them waiting and checking on them several times while I was there. Instead of focusing on hiring managers for their looks, please focus on hiring competent ones. The neighbors here deserve better staff.
I don’t care for this place. Why do I have to explain why I need $30 worth of coins? The teller won’t hesitate to try and sell me on products, but make it so awkward for me to ask for coins. Do I have to be a business owner to get coins? Do I have to explain what I need it for ? Made it seem like I was up to something. Yes I like to use cash and coins. What’s the problem ? I come here and line is so long only one teller working. I see manager Alicia Bailey she just walking around looking pretty and don't help nobody. I ask her one question and she doesn't even know answer she have to ask associate for help. Why she is manager if she don't know nothing? She need more training. Also sounds so stupid you always ask people to write review like it is a surgery or something, sure here is one for u. Very bad service and disrespectful attitude, don't come here if you in hurry.
