I come here and line is so long only one teller working. I see manager Alicia Bailey she just walking around looking pretty and don't help nobody. I ask her one question and she doesn't even know answer she have to ask associate for help. Why she is manager if she don't know nothing? She need more training. Also sounds so stupid you always ask people to write review like it is a surgery or something, sure here is one for u. Very bad service and disrespectful attitude, don't come here if you in hurry.
Oh it wasn't the WAIT time in a long line with 1 TELLER. . However the fact I get CHARGED $8 TO CASH A CHECK FROM YOUR OWN BANK... ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous
It’s sad to see a once great bank fall so far. I didn’t want to believe the negative reviews since I have banked here for years. The staff that once was friendly, helpful and had great customer service. Now have the most horrible customer service I have ever seen. I went in today to change a few things on my account. There was one teller with 12 customers. I sat in the chair for 30mins before someone asked if I had been helped. Two mangers walked by me multiple times without one single acknowledgment.
