Poor customer service long lines one one teller and take too long had to wait almost the hour they should close if they don’t have enough people to work
They need to hire more people. I had to wait over an hour to get seen. They had one teller when there is more than 20 people in line. Unacceptable

This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. Waiting 40 minutes just to speak with a teller is ridiculous, especially since there was only one person working. They definitely need to hire more staff to handle the customers. To make matters worse, the manager didn’t offer any help she just stood around supervising instead of assisting. Very disappointing service overall.
