Very bad experience whit michelle simon very rude and unprofessional service she dont want help me and she wants me to use my phone to fill and application and then they put i cancel my appointment that way i dont get the feedback review on my email very disappointing.
Manager was rude! But Georgie and Zulmis A+ service. Went the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.
Scheduled an appointment the day before. Made very clear of the services I need. Got a call 20min before my appointment and told me the service person will be on lunch and they'll need to reschedule. So instead of providing the service as promised, you allowed the employee to go on lunch and didn't acknowledge the mistake the team made in booking this appointment.
