I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch today\. I waited from approximately 4:20 PM to speak with a senior employee who was working in one of the offices regarding a serious debit card fraud issue\. Before waiting, I specifically asked another employee whether I would still be helped since it was getting close to closing time, and I was told yes\. Great. They are always willing to attend to customers needs. Same thing in all branches. I have been to about 5 different ones in different locations in LA. I enjoy banking with them.
Short lines and ample parking made for a good day for me and on a Friday.
The worst location in the area, I'm waiting for more than 30 minutes to be attended and no one even approaches to ask if they can help, the line for the cashier is more than 20 people and only 2 cashiers, they need staff and train the few who have
