I didn't want to think the 2.2 star rating was implicative of the branch. I needed help with my business account and took a leap of faith. NOT THE CASE. That 2.2 branch rating is absolutely implicative of how this branch does business. I applied for a business credit card (at least I thought I did). The business manager (Alexander Recinos) took all my personal information (income, Social, etc). Told me it'll take 1-2 business days and I should hear something back. Don't come here. The teller won't understand what you need. They'll tell you there are 2 people ahead of you to talk to a banker, then make you wait half an hour before telling you there are more people ahead of you. You can sit around and be ignored for hours. Go elsewhere.

I visited a Bank of America branch to ask if I could obtain checks for my account. The representative told me it would only take a few minutes, so I waited. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When I asked for an update, I was told it would take even longer, and only then was I offered an appointment. This should have been offered from the beginning to avoid wasting my time. As a Platinum client, I was disappointed with the service and the lack of clear communication.
