They don't answer the phone and have a check cashing limit of 2500. I left completely unsatisfied.
I am not surprised that this place only has 2 stars rating. They only have two windows open and a whole of other employees just walking around. This used to be one of the best Bank of America. I been with them for more than 30 years. Is time to look for another bank. Imagine waiting in line for more than an hour It feels like you are at the DMV
Ladies at the window always talk to each other and don’t care about the line every morning I come here. Long lines are not their concerns
