I cannot say enough good things about the team at this Bank of America branch. Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted with excellent customer service. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Whether I’m handling a routine transaction or asking complex financial questions, they take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure I’m completely taken care of. It is rare to find this level of dedication and expertise in banking these days. Highly recommend this branch!
Maria Tsiknis, I said she was getting a 1 because shes the best and yelled at me and said I better be a 10!!! She is and was I was lucky to have her doing the brunt work. HUGE SHOUT TO JULIE AND PETER!!! My problem was being a victim of id theft and they were all knowledgeable and caring and was in my opinion a team that made think BOA cares!! Highly recommend them and forever grateful.
This one is the worst one, charges for every single thing even statements!
