I went to this location as it was more convenient at the time than my usual branch. That was a mistake: although the teller answered my questions, she was short & unkind with her responses. Every step of the deposit was an apparent arduous affair, my whole being there a great inconvenience for her. Frankly, I'll never step foot in this branch again. I'll gladly take the inconvenience of traveling further to a branch that employs a kind, friendly staff.

I have called this location several times and no one ever answers the phone. I had to come in on a Saturday (my only day off) and they refused to help me because they were “busy”. The branch should know better and be fully staffed since Saturdays are busy days because most people don’t work on weekends. Such an inconvenience.. def. considering banking somewhere else.

Small picture mo, & DMV service. BoA told me in a recorded conversation that if I changed my debit card, LA Fitness would NOT be able to charge me. I made a decision based on that information NOT to close my account, but to just get a new card. LA Fitness was still able to charge my account. Freezing cold bank associate, Adriana, and her NOTICEABLY frustrated manager (not supposed to show that, silly willy), couldn't comprehend how it was BoA's liability for the charge bc I made a decision based on their promise, and incurre... read more
