Bad service long lines and long waiting time I was there for more than 2 hours; additionally, some elders were waiting in line for a long time and Bank employees didn't have consideration toward them is a shame that users were helping seniors to at least sit down for a while waiting, they should have policies for seniors that can hardly walk or standing up.
