The worst !!!! They really don’t help you ! I have severe claims with them about someone taking money from my accounts and their solution are no they can’t help me because to my luck it’s a lot of money so I have to deal with someone getting my money and they seeming atm videos and not being able to get the Person and give me my money back !!! Will be canceling my accounts and going to another bank !

Dealing with them for my father’s estate was a nightmare. The estate dept was so inefficient. Unfortunately, my father in law passed shortly after with only a small checking account. They have sent letter after letter requesting more (of the same) information never specifying the problem. unprofessional closes accounts with no notice
The worst experience in a bank ever, if I could give no stars I would. How come I have my paperwork ID in order and they can still cash a check first they tell me there is 8 dollar fee and that’s OK not a problem, then they come back and say no we can’t actually cash your check you don’t have an account with us, what kind of stupid policy that is
They suck!!!!
