They are an awful company you can never get any one on the phone. They make it extremely difficult to pay your bill during covid19 I have had them 15 years always paid my bill on time and in full. I had difficulty paying my do to their site not working and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I have. Capital one too they are way better I do not recommend I give negative stars
Today Bank of America closed my checking account without notifying me. I was trying to make a transaction, only to find out that all of a sudden my debit card doesn't work and my checking account no longer exists! After spending more than 2 hours on the phone, I finally managed to talk to a representative who told me my account has been closed because they "needed some information and documents". Offer me more than a laughable amount of interest on my IRA - next year I am making it a point to move it out of your institution and somewhere with a reasonable interest rate.
Hire more teller that know what they are doing, also their shouldn’t be a long line after more than 3 ppl put more tellers up I see other employees sitting down on their desk they are more than capable of lending a hand
Crediting their victims of fraud, rather than forcing them to wait 120 days for a full investigation.
Gosh what TERRIBLE customer service. Just TRY to pay your credit card bill and have it go smoothly...not with this godforsaken company. Do yourself a favor, skip this bank completely.
