If I could give this miserable place zero stars I would - I was told by a rude teller at the Mill Creek branch that they couldn’t help me with a name change and I had to make an appointment, which I did. I arrive at this branch for my appointment and there is literally NO ONE greeting customers or letting them know where they should check in for appointments, I had to wait in a long line to talk to a teller who tells me to take a seat and wait. Worst customer service ever!!
This is the worst bank experience of my entire life! This place is awful and so is the male manager! Rude, profiling...will never go back and will be telling everyone I can about my horrible experience with bank of America! Stear clear!!!
