I will really miss this BofA location on God. They had the best customer service and It's such a beautiful location. Sad to see it go. I opened my first bank account at this location in 1998. I would say I'm suprised to see it closed but I think will everyone doing their banking online now there's no reason to keep this location open as real estate prices have sky rocketed in the Downtown Everett area over the past 10-20 years. Although I'm not sure the reason of the closure and I'm not sure I ever will.
If I could give this miserable place zero stars I would - I was told by a rude teller at the Mill Creek branch that they couldn’t help me with a name change and I had to make an appointment, which I did. I arrive at this branch for my appointment and there is literally NO ONE greeting customers or letting them know where they should check in for appointments, I had to wait in a long line to talk to a teller who tells me to take a seat and wait.
