I have never experienced a long wait. However, during a recent visit to change my PIN, the representative mispronounced my name upon introduction and continuedto mispronouncedmy name. Despite providing identification and a debit card associated with a substantial account balance, the representative inquired about my occupation and expressed surprise at my response. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for simple name change and they wouldn’t help me. They told me to call support. So I call support and they tell me they’re going mail me a form letter that I have to fill out and send back and it will take 1-2 billing cycles (up to 60days !!!) to update my last name. Only after I ask if there’s another option do they say they can email me the letter form. What in the outdated heck is this process?!?
