If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for simple name change and they wouldn’t help me. They told me to call support. So I call support and they tell me they’re going mail me a form letter that I have to fill out and send back and it will take 1-2 billing cycles (up to 60days !!!) to update my last name. Only after I ask if there’s another option do they say they can email me the letter form. What in the outdated heck is this process?!? I have a business account with this branch and I'm going to cancel it and got to usbank down the street. They don't answer the phone, they have 2 tellers on staff. They cant print single checks they can't unlock cards, you can't withdraw more than 8k at a time. This bank is bad for business.
I do not like this bank at all they judge u because of your appearance and even though I had withdrawn a large amount money from them the day before they refuse to let me withdraw a SMALLER amount because they cannot send my phone a text message. This is my money and I should be able to access any amount of my money as I please for you to refuse me of my own money is wrong
