Veryy Badd, and Sloww Service!!! Two Days Lost to fix one question 😕!!!
Long lines, slow service. Not enough people. Citizens or PNC would be better
Severely short staffed. Took me 1 hour just to talk to someone
Atms are always out of service, long lines, drive thru atm never working properly and you have to do an illegal u turn inside the drive way of the bank in order to go back to the outside atm machine and than get in this long line... HORRIBLE BANK, HORRIBLE BRANCH, POOR COSTUMER SERVICE, avoid this bank at all costs, btw they only care about profits, they are closing a lot of branches make things way more difficult for costumers
I have used BOA almost 10 years and o can say that it’s a great place very reliable and always helpful . I can say that in this place your money are safe
