First BofA ATM on lower South St was non-functional so going to the “Financial Center” between 9th & 10th ending up being a homeless shelter for a smelly guy. I was able to use the ATM here but I barely made it while holding my breath from the smell. There is a police station just across the street, can’t they bring this person to a proper city shelter. I feel like BofA should be shortened to B.O. for body odor because there is a trend here.
I concur with most. Awful branch of an awful bank. Teller’s implications were that I showed up with a stolen card trying to gain access, after I told her my card was stolen. Also incredulous to the idea that cards can be stolen digitally. I couldn’t believe it. She back-pedaled her attitude after mgmt confirmed I was a customer.
