I want to start off saying im not a person that usually leaves negative reviews anywhere. Ive done like 4-5 in my lifetime. I went in to the Bank of America E. Greenwich Main St. location two days ago to complete a wire transfer for a house that I was buying. I walked in. They weren’t busy but they told me I needed an appointment so I set up an appointment which was for 30 minutes later and I came back then. They sent me with a lady that clearly did not know how to do a wire transfer and mind you they knew this was a six fig... read more
I have had excellent care from this branch.
David was a real one ong. Same with Christina. Very accommodating and gave free candy :)
I went in on 1/23/24 at 2pm and the woman and 2 men at the front counter were so kind, very inviting and great service!
I really love how friendly the staff are, but they should really open up now. The other 2 banks in East Greenwich have opened . Yes be safe but please open soon
