There was this queue in the morning. They were moving oh so slow. They were def understaffed and those who were staffed didn’t show much interest in attending to customers either. A woman before me just wanted a smaller bills in exchange of larger bills and after completion she didn’t take me either. She wanted more time to herself and I waited there for the next staff to take me. Sorry but I’ll def think again to come back here
Just opened a new account here—in 15 minutes. The tellers greeted me as I entered and the banker set up the account smoothly and explained everything I needed to know clearly and succinctly. I am looking forward to banking here.
