I typically do everything online, but today's experience at the branch made me want to do my banking in person again. I had such a warm welcome from Darlene. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE TIME CONSTRAINTS. I'm giving 2 stars because the people are really nice, but the functioning of the place is terrible. It took me three attempts to try to open an account for my kid and deposit her checks, and I was late back to work two of those times. There is only one teller, which is woefully inadequate for the location on busy Hope Street. Every time I go in there is a line.
