DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE TIME CONSTRAINTS. I'm giving 2 stars because the people are really nice, but the functioning of the place is terrible. It took me three attempts to try to open an account for my kid and deposit her checks, and I was late back to work two of those times. There is only one teller, which is woefully inadequate for the location on busy Hope Street. Every time I go in there is a line. I visited this branch today looking to obtain a cashier's check. Due to no fault of their own, the check printing machine was experiencing technical difficulties and was unable to print the check. Yadira and Darlene worked tirelessly to fix the issue, even consulting with their technical support team to get the needed assistance. Both Yadira and Darlene stayed past closing to assist me with my request. In the end they were able to successfully provided me with the check I was hoping to obtain.
