It took me three attempts to try to open an account for my kid and deposit her checks, and I was late back to work two of those times. I visited this branch today looking to obtain a cashier's check. Due to no fault of their own, the check printing machine was experiencing technical difficulties and was unable to print the check. Yadira and Darlene worked tirelessly to fix the issue, even consulting with their technical support team to get the needed assistance. Both Yadira and Darlene stayed past closing to assist me with my request. In the end they were able to successfully provided me with the check I was hoping to obtain. I went with a check to withdraw the money, the man after going through the entire process told me that the check was not from Bank of America and that I had to go to another bank to collect the money. I get to the other bank and the woman tells me that the check has been withdrawn, I go back to Bank of America and they tell me that I have to ask for another check from the person who wrote it to me. lack of professionalism. He could have told me straight away instead of marking the money as withdrawn
