BOA lies. My father died late June 2026. I was instructed by him as the beneficiary on his account (the a different banking institution) to use his savings to pay funeral costs. I followed his instructions. I was given a cashiers check and deposited it one day and told the funds will be available by the following Monday since it was a cashiers check.
