Closed again... Due to the weather... Y'all are pathetic
Horrible customer service! First person in the bank line and served after everyone else. Teller saw that I was there early waiting before anyone else pulled in(because they take forever) Added bonus I had to wait while she held a conversation with the other banker. Thank you Bank of American once again. Oh but wait there’s more...bank opens at 9 but no one servicing until 9:05 and still getting things together while we all waited😒 yes now I’m being petty. That’s 2.2 rating is a little high.
I'm glad we do not bank here, I've been calling every 5-10 Minutes since 9 am this morning and no one has answered a single call. I've also called the other two Location on Golden and College with no luck.
