I suspected something in my account, so I asked the manager for a printout from last week. That was very good customer service!!!!
No complaint about staff. They are very nice and helpful. Building it self is looking filthy, falling apart. If you walk in to make a simple deposit be prepared to wait 30 mins because they only have 1 teller at all times. It’s ridiculous a trillion dollar company can’t afford to maintain the building, leaving it looking guetto for the locals and won’t hire more people.
Their drive thru ATM has taken my money twice in less than 2 months. Opening up a claim takes a while over the phone or they don’t call back. Have to go in person even then takes about an hour of your day for such an inconvenience. The ATMS have to be serviced.
