Pretty busy and small branch but the teller I had was very friendly and everything went smoothly.
Recently, I lined up for personal banker to see me on 04/18/26. The personal banker worked that day said 4 people before me. There was no signing up paper for names and times who was the first. I sat on a chair waiting. However, I found out whoever came into the bank, she helped them the first, just because they asked question then personal banker continued without requesting they should follow those came earlier. This location has very poor management.
Understaffed, always such a long wait to only cash a check, or do anything simple. Even tho they have 4 desks available, always only 1 working.
Tamera D., the Branch Manager, is the driving force behind this location’s success. From the moment she greets you with her warm, welcoming smile to her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to exemplary customer service, she sets the standard for the entire branch. She is the primary reason I genuinely enjoy banking here. Kudos to corporate for making an outstanding executive decision in selecting Tamera to lead this branch and her excellent team.
Mostly empty windows with no tellers, elderly people forced to stand up for UP to 25 minutes to get service, I also noticed multiple staff members showing up late which contributes to the long wait times on the line even the security guard was late and arrived after there was like 25 people online in the bank after the doors were open. This bank is a hot mess and needs some oversight ASAP!!!
