Atm at the drive thru didn't disburse my cash, I had to wait while the atm door opened and close several times before it displayed it was out of cash. I thought it automatically cancelled my transaction. I decided to inside to use the ATM, meanwhile, my account indicated that I was disbursed cash from that drive-thru atm. I had to file a dispute.
Hostile to their customers
The worst bank. The attitude to customers is just terrible. I called today to the support service of this bank and they told me one information and the employee of this bank say completely different and do not want to listen to me, you can see that the employees of this bank do not want to work and they are not interested in helping customers. Do not apply to this bank stay away from it
This is my favorite branch in Rhode Island. Well organized in comparison to the branch on Hope st where there is only 1 teller! BOA please make all your branches as organized as the one on mineral spring!
I used the drive thru atm here to with draw cash no money came out and I was still charged. Never had this happen before drive thru atm machine is janky at this location
