This is my favorite branch in Rhode Island. Well organized in comparison to the branch on Hope st where there is only 1 teller! BOA please make all your branches as organized as the one on mineral spring!
I used the drive thru atm here to with draw cash no money came out and I was still charged. Never had this happen before drive thru atm machine is janky at this location

I had a very disappointing experience with this banking branch. When I deposited a government-issued Social Security check, a hold of over five days was placed on it. Despite having two other accounts with the bank, one of which had a balance sufficient to cover the check and a very large sum in a CD, I still encountered unnecessary delays.
