Navara (or whatever)is the WORST bank employee I’ve EVER encountered. I explained that my pregnant wife was in need of our check (which was a Bank of America) to be cashed and was told.. “we all have families”. This is not someone I want handling my money.. thankfully Corporate and the Better Business bureau have taken control. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure this person no longer works here.. it was THAT disrespectful. The sad part is she’s the manager.
Terrible experience. That white older lady inside was very unprofessional. Who refuses service just because it’s a bit of an inconvenience and give attitude. I would never come back
