I went to open an account with my husband. I waited for over an hour. I have a 3-year-old son, and I stepped out for 5 minutes to change him in the car, but my husband was still there waiting. When I returned, they had let the other person in line, who had only been there for about 10 minutes. This experience made me never want to go back to that bank.
