Randy the branch manager is rude apparently doesn’t answer his branch telephone I called multiple times. After going into the branch I spoke with the first representative explaining what I needed to do he said yes get in line and they can help me. After waiting in line got the to the counter and they apparently don’t exchange money for non bank customers so why have me wait in line?
